Who guides us…

Founder, Neuroscience Nerd, Change Whisperer, and Border Collie’s Human

Troy is a seasoned transformation leader with 25+ years of experience guiding organisations through complex change. He’s worked across sectors, from education to defence to banking, and built a reputation for being the calm in the chaos.

He brings together a powerful mix of neuroscience, facilitation, and humour to help leaders navigate resistance, uncertainty, and team dynamics with clarity and connection. With an Advanced Diploma in the Neuroscience of Leadership and keynote appearances at national conferences, Troy knows how to make big ideas land and stick.

He also knows that true transformation doesn’t happen through top-down PowerPoint decks. It happens through trust, storytelling, feedback, play, and understanding how people actually work.

Oh, and he’s owned by a Border Collie called Neo, who has better pattern recognition than most exec teams.
